Terms and Conditions

Prices are per week and include bed linen.
Towels are available upon request.
Electricity is charged at cost.
Long weekend and short breaks possible from November until March.
Please phone to check late availability.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Lettings are from Saturday 3 p.m. until Saturday 10 a.m.
A deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
We do not allow smoking in the cottage.
Well behaved pets welcome!
